Foods that can cause cancer

Beverages with refined sugars
In particular, among beverages containing refined sugars, in terms of food safety, one is the drink of eggnog. Scientific research, including those carried out by the Global Cancer Research Fund and the American Institute for Cancer Research have put a lot of emphasis on the desirability of avoiding this substance.
Sweets with coloring
The colorings that are between the foods additives must be avoided. Often, the colorings are found in cookies, cakes and other sweets that we include in the daily diet. It is important to always read the labels of packaged foods to detect all those components that are identified by the letter E.
Beware of over-baking or toasting bread because, according to the recommendation of the Food Standards Agency, dependent on the British Government, it may contain substances that increase the carcinogenic risk. Foods high in starch (bread, cereals, potatoes …) should not be baked or toasted too much.
